If you live under a rock, we have been following The Whole 30 guide since January 1. We started this program to use it as a detox from sugar and junk food, which we have found ourselves addicted to. If you haven’t already, read why we chose this program and what our plans are after the 30 days. The plan does not allow any of my “beloveds” – dairy and sugar. Therefore… we can’t have a little coffee with our cream. I don’t know about you coffee drinkers, but if you are used to warm brown coffee, it’s a little difficult to get used to drinking coffee hot and black. That’s where my little friend, Nutpods, a non-dairy creamer that is Whole 30 approved, comes in.
It’s all about the detox and my health plans this week, remember? Don’t worry. I don’t know if there is anything else to detox in my life, so this must be the last post on the detox subject. 🤷🏼♀️ So far this week, we started The Whole 30 program to help us detox from junk food. Read why we went with this guide. I wrote two more posts this week about detoxing your mind and, of course, why we need to detox our armpits that smell like a hog barn. 🐖 I thought I would conclude the week with why I, and maybe you, need Raw Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar in our lives.
